Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Ethio Gamer Top Up ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for users who are legally permitted to make purchases under the laws applicable to them. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full via one of our supported payment methods before fulfillment. You are responsible for providing accurate player IDs, account details, and payment confirmation information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdirected due to incorrect information you provided.
4. No-Refund Policy
Because our products are digital goods (game top-ups, in-game currency, gift card codes) that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once an order has been successfully fulfilled. Refunds or reversals are only considered in cases of a verified failed delivery caused by our system, at our sole discretion.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for fraudulent transactions, chargebacks made in bad faith, or any activity that violates the terms of the game platforms we support. We reserve the right to ban any player ID or account involved in such activity and refuse service.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep our platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, during which ordering may be temporarily unavailable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethio Gamer Top Up is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
